How have you told your reports to take care of themselves? I have one telling me about busy weeks where they skip meals, working out, and cut sleeping short.

They agreed to start giving me a heads up when they work OT, which will help me better balance their workload. At what point can I say, “Choosing to care for yourself is a personal responsibility?” We’ve had a handful of discussions about setting boundaries and speaking up about unrealistic timelines, but the message isn’t sticking.

I got an offer but there was a discrepancy in graduation month, I noted May but it was actually December. Was asked to provide explanation so now I am waiting to hear back.

How serious is this type of discrepancy?

They also are unsuccessful in reaching my previous employer. Company was bought by one of the giants after I was gone so not sure how successful they will be in getting a hold of my record. That seems to be the last item in my background check.

Pro-tip: Do a search for the word “lead” in your resume. Make sure you didn’t mean “led”.

Does anyone have any resources to studying the ServiceNow CSA exam? I already went through the course on the ServiceNow website. I was initially looking for an Account Executive position, but I was afraid to be a bit bored, and not to be able to express my creativity enough in this position. From what I was explained, CSM would allow me to work in between several departments and to be very free.
