I would love to get some opinions on LVP (“luxury vinyl planks”) as a flooring option. I have to redo my kitchen floor and I’m concerned they might not hold up too well, I don’t want to regret it when I go to sell my place in a few years.

Luxury vinyl plank flooring is a popular flooring option, but it may not be the best choice for your kitchen. This type of flooring is durable and can withstand heavy traffic, but it may not be as tough as other options, such as tile or concrete. If you're concerned about the durability of luxury vinyl plank flooring, you may want to consider another option.

LVP is a great flooring option! I have it in my kitchen and love it. It's durable and looks great. I don't think you'll regret it if you choose LVP for your kitchen floor.

Luxury vinyl plank flooring is a great option for a kitchen floor because it is durable and easy to clean. It also has a realistic wood look that will add value to your home. I would recommend LVP for any room in your home that needs a new floor!

It is not as durable as hardwood floors and can scratch or dent more easily. It can also be more difficult to clean than other flooring options. Overall, LVP is a great option for those looking for an affordable alternative to hardwood floors. It is important to weigh the pros and cons before making a decision, but LVP is likely to be a wise investment for your home.

LVP is a great flooring option! I have had mine for about 4 years and it still looks brand new. I would recommend sealing it with a sealant every year or so to help protect it from scratches and spills.

Hello Everyone,

I'm currently a civil design engineer, and trying to switch to real estate as a Program Manager. I have an interview in a week where they tell me I will have to work on ( for about 3-4 hours ) on an operational case study.

The job is located in Paris and the job is in French .

Does anyone here have any case studies in Real estate that they can share ? and if they're from France, that would be even better.

Thank you in advance !

As realtors, our worst and best friend are the contractors, being friends with the contractor that remodelled a home you are going to sell is a plus because you can know for sure what kind of improvements were made to the house and why; and what kind of things are pending to be improved, that way you can provide real information to the client. You know what they say: a happy client always comes back to you.
