What is the longest you have gone before hearing back from a job you applied to? I applied for a job a few weeks ago and had two in person interviews, 2 weeks ago. I haven’t heard back yet. That being said, a lot of people did apply for the same position. So I’m just curious what your threshold is.

How do you guys beat the AI that is screening job applications? I found that if I apply somewhere I get rejected. Whenever a headhunter introduces me to a hiring manager they love my experience and I most of the times get an offer.
