Best big and mid size firms in Atlanta for real estate? When considering billable hours, comp, culture, etc. I’d appreciate hearing from anyone that generally likes their firm or has any recommendations on firms to stay away from. Decision - I was out the door of my nationwide ins dfense firm. Was going to top local firm with a lot more clout where everything would be private pay and I’d be more on bigger exposure cases. However, my firm outmatched the new firm, made a much better bonus structure, and said I could do more work with their complex bus lit group. I’d still likely do about 50 percent ins defense but I really like the partners I work for, and I handle own cases/take depos, and get autonomy. Am I right to stay?

Slammed. Billed 230 in Jan and on track to bill over 200 in February.
Sorry for the delay. Would have posted earlier but I am slammed. Firm is 10% busier than this time last year (and we were slammed this time last year).
Totally slammed. Didn't even know it was possible to bill 270 without going to trial. Hoping to stay under 250 this month but we'll see 💀
Yep everyone getting destroyed it’s like the new norm is to bill 250+ every month...
