Hello folks, I joined Harman on 3rd Oct with a total ctc of 27lpa but I got a higher total ctc of 29.5lpa on Monday. I asked the Harman hr to reconsider & revise my ctc & either match it or provide a JB. Hr told me that she sent my case for a JB request but it has been denied it seems. I told her that I want to speak to her manager & request to reconsider either my ctc or provide me with a JB. Please advise on how do I proceed on this request. Any suggestions would be helpful. TIA.

Hello everyone, I am a .net fullstack experienced developer with 4.6 years of experience. I was holding existing offer of 16(45k variable) LPA from congizant and now nagarro is giving me counter of 18(90K variable) LPA on it. Do you think it's a good counter? Till how much should i negotiate the offer?

Ibm will consider only fixed part of offer and try to give same fixed part at Max. From that list, i will join ibm with 26 lpa. If I am getting 30 fixed or more, i will try to renegotiate with them.

They don't give much but u can always ask them to reconsider by showing the counter offer
