I joined Deloitte USI on 10th Jan 2022 and got allocated to a project on 17th Jan. I raised one snapshot for 2021-2022 fiscal year. How much hike can I expect ?

I love what I do. But I just want Administration to have our backs. Last semester I had 4-5 unruly students I begged and pleaded for them to get them out of my class. They did nothing for the whole semester. I told the school board I refuse to teach at that school with that administration there. I don't trust them and I have no faith in them Administration is supposed to have our backs.
