Ibm is such a messed up company honestly DO NOT join they terminated me within 1 week of joining after putting me in bench and now it is showing in the employment history without even marking the exit date now after being unemployed for next three months i finally got an offer from a nice company but they are asking to show the uan details post which they can share the offer letter I am so dead honestly what do u do I feel like world end now if they see my employment history not sure now

I am currently at a small ID firm. The firm is dissolving at the end of the year. I have already accepted an offer from another firm. Regarding my resignation should I write a letter or do it in person and should I go to the one partner that has been my supervisor and I have worked with or all of them. Obliviously I don’t want to give less than two weeks notice but should I give more than two weeks?

Hey fishes I have recently got a job from Hugging Face a US based startup for USD 55K + stocks. I can work from India. However since they do not have any legal entity it will be independent contractor.

Currently I have a full time position. at qualcomm with 18Lpa salary and may be after promotion I will get 26 lpa+ stocks.
