Trying to make it easy for client to navigate long dropdowns in excel.

I have a list of options in excel (1000 options) which feeds into dropdown choices per row (multiple rows) - this is needed for data validation

This will be given to client to fill...
1000 is too long too scroll through... but also need to protect and validate the choices...

Is there excel functionality to search through the drop down list or something similar to make it manageable for the client to complete?

Need advice on some situation. I have 2 offers. Second offer i received after accepting 1st one during notice period. And they have offered little bit less than 1st company but have said to give a revised offer letter by the end of this week. Meanwhile head of data science from 1st company is asking me to enroll in some paid course (by company) and has given me option to choose and revert back by tomorrow. I am not sure I'll be joining them and cannot reject the offer right now. Any advice?

Did you put your babies down drowsy or fully awake when they were infants? Mine are 6 weeks old and they won’t sleep unless I rock and shush them for 15 mins, and then they wake themselves up and need pacifier to go back to take their nap.

McK folks, how competitive is BA recruiting in London. Someone said it is 80 to 1 from first round to offer rate, that is about 1% chance for candidates in the first round :(

I have an offer to join a Tier 2 consulting firm next year (entry level). However, it seems like they have over-hired and they are now pushing the start date back by a few months. This is not great in itself, as I handed in my notice to my current employer last week, but I was wondering if I should be concerned about further pushbacks or even them withdrawing the offer. Is this something that happens, or will it just be a delay as they say?

2.5 years consulting experience in public sector - mostly local governments, universities and NHS. Anyone out there hiring or willing to refer?
