As there are no HR roles my rural area, I'm in a role at a healthcare nonprofit that has some HR elements but is not true HR. I am being asked to consider a ​lead role in quality with even less HR duties. Finally got an offer from EY GDS PH, 70k for senior 2 position. I was hoping to be assessed for senior 3 (assistant manager) as I was contacted by both KPMG and PwC for IT supervisor positions, and I asked for 90k with that in mind.

YOE: almost 6yrs, with people management experience but not supervisor level
