I’d like to preface this post with saying I was in a very toxic relationship previously. I went to therapy, healed myself, and now feel I have found someone very healthy. He self reflects, he listens, he’s present, he makes me feel heard (mostly). With all that said, I can’t stop feeling like he’s only giving me the bare minimum. I do a lot of the small things, make sure I’m hitting all his love languages daily, and I keep feeling like he thinks he’s doing everything to keep me happy, but

I don’t feel happy. I love him so much, but I keep battling myself wondering if we’re right for each other.

I know I need to go back to therapy. But I can’t help but think is it me missing toxicity or is it actually that I’m unhappy.

He texts me every day, we make plans to see each other at least 3 times a week. Recently I’ve noticed I’m missing how he was when he was infatuated with me in the beginning. Is it healthy for that to die down after only being together for less than 6 months? It makes me feel insecure because I feel like I knew he was happy to do those things because he was in love with me and now idk if he doesn’t do them because he doesn’t love me as much anymore and is just content/complacent?

Are you missing how infatuated he was with you, or how infatuated you were with him? If you want to feel in love all the time, you should break up with every man you start a relationship with before the 6 month mark.

Have tennis elbow on my dominant hand .. it started when they drew blood for a health check up in feb this year , doctor said that is not the reason but my sports over the weekend and gave me a shot.
