The current administration has banned critical race theory-based diversity training across federal agencies claiming education around white privilege is anti-American.
As someone who is dedicated to anti-racism work, I believe these conversations on the pervasiveness of systemic racism are necessary in order to dismantle the broken system and are central to our work as HR professionals. I fear what precedent this ban will set.

I've heard about companies doing a few weeks of "Work from Anywhere" (of course where they can do so in a tax compliant way). I think this is great to give employees the chance to change their "home office" temporarily.
YES! I saw AIRBNB just launched 90 days from anywhere In the world, alongside full flexibility to work from home full time. I think this is great and also interested to see how it would evolve their workspace hub.
I think just learning to adapt and listen to what people are saying they need. I see so many companies try to look good by providing benefits etc that are extraneous to the people they're supposed to serve. While the people are left without the things they actually need or are trapped in a toxic or hostile work environment with seemingly no avenues.
Curious as well. Thanks for starting this thread!
Adopt lesser work hours? or at least try not to work employees overtime for days on end. Anything that allows for strategic rest sounds like a good counter for burnouts.
