Anyone at BlackRock could advise me : I recently received an offer from them and background check is 75% done as per the recruiter and I can hand in my notice to the current employer. Do you recommend I should do it now or wait for background check to complete successfully? I have not done this before, so any guidance much appreciated. TIA! BlackRock

The obvious one within the field is to become counsel at an institution (ICC, ICSID, etc.). But are you trying to get out of law altogether?
I’m not a US citizen but I will look for similar roles in my country, thanks!
I started in international commercial arbitration at a firm, and then transitioned in house to a commercial contracts role at a multinational company. It was a major career shift, but allowed me to use the knowledge from international arbitration and litigation in international contracting, while picking up new skills. I’m not sure what kind of international arbitration you handle, and what kind of work you’re interested in, but NGOs like the world bank, UN, or arbitral institution may be of interest. When I was making the shift, I also found it helpful to look at resources and talk to folks at ASIL, the Washington Foreign law society, and ABA’s international section. There are probably others, but those orgs are a good starting place.
UN and similar organizations are precisely what I was thinking of. Thanks!
