I’m applying for a job at Salesforce and about to have my 3rd round interviews - yes, plural because I’ll be speaking with 3 people on the team in separate interviews. That’s no big deal, but the problem is that I saw the position that I’m applying for was re-posted on LinkedIn yesterday and they’re accepting applications for the role. What does this even mean? Should I even enter this 3rd round?

So I’m probably going to get a job that’s paying 100k- my current is around 65k. Super excited about the increase but I’m terrible at managing my money and find myself living paycheck to paycheck. I know there’s that saying “more money, same problems” and I don’t want to live in this rat race. I have student loans that I’m paying off but they’re in default Dyaus and I’d love to invest in real estate but getting a loan for that will be impossible due to my student loan status. Any advice?

I’m working on Salesforce certs at the moment but want to explore training to help kickstart my career. Because I don’t have prior experience or a background in either, where should one turn to train up in these roles?

I know there are some comps. which offer 5-6 week training and job placements after. Trustworthy?

Was laid off from D recently and have been interviewing primarily for strategy roles. Curious for any advice converting in final rounds. I have been through several at this point and not gotten the offer. Received very positive feedback from the teams about my performance but in each case they said it was very competitive and ended up going with someone with slightly more direct experience. Tough to go through several 6+ week multi round processes and not convert. Any help or advice appreciated!
