Hi everyone!
The startup I’m with is growing fast and we are hiring Tech recruiters with at least 5yrs of experience:

I’m with them now for 3 months and I never felt as psychologically safe as I feel now — our Head of Talent is incredible, so as our leadership team as a whole. We have a true collaborative culture, and I am learning a lot with them. If you have any questions, feel free to DM or email me at laura@laskie.com :)

Any female fish willing to give some advice?
Seeing a therapist would definitely be the best place to start. Hope you get your magic back✨
Yes, talk to a friend, who knows you, so you don't have to start from page1 to introduce yourself. (Therapist if you don't have one). Try taking few days off and have some quiet thinking time, maybe that will help you find what you're missing, Maybe go for a long drive... Push yourself out of your comfort zone and do something that you don't regularly do. Hugs, Good luck. Feel better
I got to Kundalini yoga where one of the goals is to find your “fixed frequency.” Meaning be the authentic person you are in every situation, not becoming a chameleon. It’s really great. That came to mind when I saw your post. Journaling heavily also helps. Work that shit out on paper. Good luck!
Definitely talking through it is the best next step! You’re not alone in this. I found a therapist pretty easily using Headway. You just plug in your insurance and can set up and in person or video visit if they are live in your state. Headway.co
I continue to pursue old hobbies (golf, going out with friends), etc, just because they were my prior hobbies - but me being completely honest, I feel as if Ive lost my taste in EVERYTHING. I feel as if I have literally been floating and not enjoying anything for about a year now. It’s kind of a scary feeling - feeling as if you haven’t been yourself for a long time and don’t know who you are anymore.
Yes, I feel you. Just this past weekend I had a breakdown after work and was crying. When my SO asked what it was, I couldn’t articulate cause I myself don’t know what it is. I just feel lost. I just don’t feel happy like I used to pre-COVID. I think a lot of people are in the same boat due to isolation, turbulent times since COVID. Not sure whats the best way to remedy the situation but honestly finding a therapist has also been a challenge where I live. Just wanted to say you are not alone in this
Thank you all for taking the time to respond with your experiences 🙌🏼
Do I need to see a therapist? I haven’t told this to anyone who actually knows me (not my GF, fam, friends, etc.)
