Curious to what an average salary for a IT Account Manager is? I feel I am underpaid (50K base). My yearly quota is $700,000 and I have hit that in the first 7 months. I do make 10% of what I sell. Maybe a noob Q - When does it make sense to take a pay cut when changing companies? I'm a Producer/PM trying to decide if I should jump to a smaller, lesser-known company (COLOR) for more money but fewer benefits than my current job, or with TeamOne for a slight pay cut but more benefits than my current job or COLOR. In reading through forums, the pattern seems to be getting pay raises in jumping between companies >.< What do you consider?

I interviewed for a role where I told them my expected salary range was $50-60k, and the recruiter told me the base salary was $60k. I just got to the offer stage, and they are offering me $60k, can I negotiate the salary for more since I know this is their base salary rate, even though the expected salary range I gave was below? Or would I seem ungrateful since they are technically meeting the high end of my desired salary range that I gave?

Is it bad to jump ship to another agency if you know you’re going to leave within a year? It’s a promo and would increase my salary by at least $50k, but I know I want to leave advertising for good. I’ve been trying to interview outside of advertising but nothing has happened yet. I figured I might as well get paid way more while I figure it out. And the title bump should help, right?
