If a person gets 20lpa offer he pays nearly 4 lacs as tax.Inorder to get relieved from tax.he need to get a counter offer of 24 lpa ..then after tax deduction of 4 lacs ..his take home will be 20lpa..

So he need to play wisely like this ? Can someone guide is this is right play ?

I really wanted to work with Airbus but they are not budging from the offer of 23 even after I told them I have a better offer from Genpact with better position. HR said they will come back..

3rd round with the woman who would be my direct line manager if I got the role. Content marketing manager role, she was head of content. She was late, underdressed/not too presentable, and unprepared! Felt like I was having to move the conversation forward. Lots of long pauses, and I did most of the conversation-bridging.

Interviewed for a sr. PM last Thursday. Was scheduled for 30min but we went to an hour and had a really good conversation. The questions I got asked I was told the answers were perfect by the hiring manager. I felt really good coming out of it but then followed up with an email thanking them for the time the next day and I never received a response or next steps. Am I thinking too much into it or is it not a good sign?
