Was offered an IR job after my interview and wanted to see how competitive the pay is. 40/hr base + 10k sign on bonus for 2 year commit and of course on call pay, etc... The area is Atlanta, GA. From what I have looked up, it seems to be fairly average since I have no IR experience but have been a Stepdown nurse for several years. I know the southeast in general pays less.

I have got offers from Accenture, Deloitte USI and PWC India. All of them have the same pay scale but Deloitte has more fixed pay whereas Accenture has more joining bonus. Also Deloitte is offering me an Analyst position even though I have almost 3 years of experience(Usually I think they offer Consultant).

Person told me associates at A&M get around 90k base plus bonus and seniors there get around 120 plus bonus. Should I push for Senior, and how would I even do that? Hello Folks, Due to very toxic environment I had put down paper w/o having any offer. Fortunately, within 2 weeks of NP I cleared interviews for almost 4-5 organisations. All HR, had said that in last month of NP they'll release an offer, just so that I won't have a counter offer. Now, almost 2 weeks are left for NP to end, and surprisingly all of them are ignoring my mails, calls and texts. Please suggest. I'm losing patience as I was looking for switch since April 2022.

Got call from TCS HR & he asked my expected CTC & scheduled interview. After clearing both rounds, I got selected & got call from recruitment HR for further process. In discussion I told her that I already have EP id (used to login on TCS portal) & had got offer letter last time but did not join as TCS was not ready to renegotiate. So she said she can only proceed with my profile if I agree to join on same CTC as my current. I said NO. but will this happen every time now when I apply to TCS?
