If a person leaves company before march, then will he/she be eligible for any prorated year end incentives?

I have 25L job in India. I got selected in H1b through consultancy which is only offering me 77k per year.
I have 9 yoe with Java full stack. I fear this might be a backward step to my career. But my wife is already in US through her company and it's very hard to stay in different countries.
Can we switch in US easily for better paying jobs?
