Not if you ask, but yes.

do what you gotta do. at early stages of your career one piece can make a huge difference on your book and can be the difference between getting the gig and another year at a place you hate

Ahhhh gotcha OP, that’s different. I just went through the same thing. Had a non-covid TV campaign that was pushed back because of covid. I waited until they ran it. Just to be on the safe side.

Wait until it’s out.

Side note, I've heard some people say locked projects make them suspicious. Like it's not actually work you're credited on. I don't think that, but wanted to give you a heads up. To get around it I've used non-linked URLS. So I can send the link direct to someone that I want to see it, bit you'll never find it on the site without it. Also, do recruiters and busy CDs bother with pasting in passwords? Would be keen to know!

Have an offer in industry. It’s a relatively new company that is growing fast and lots of opportunity to move up quickly and make a difference. Salary increase wouldn’t be large but enough to make a difference. My heart wants to do it but there is risk involved - not as much stability as the Big 4 company I work for and I’m supporting a family. What do I do? Follow my passion or stay in the safe zone given things are still up in the air with Covid? I appreciate your opinion fishes!

Currently working at Accenture as a C (promoted Dec ‘19), but I know I ultimately want to make the jump over to Deloitte. I am on track to be promoted to M in the 2021 promo cycle and I know Deloitte would likely knock me down one level either way. Due to COVID-19, it seems like it doesn’t make sense to jump ship for at least another year while things get back to normal. Any thoughts on if it’s better to wait it out and leave after making M (but how long after?) or try to leave earlier? TIA

For the people claiming Joe Biden is “hiding”. Where do you expect him to go? He’s not going to go throw a rally because he’s not dumb enough to kill his own voters by spreading Covid and encouraging people not to social distance. Where else did you expect to see him, that you didn’t?

Not work related but idk where to ask this. We’ve been invited to our first post Covid cookout. It’s at my husband’s former colleagues place so we don’t the hosts too well but we know there are not going to be any kids so mostly a grown up football party. What would bring to it? Because of the current scenario I’m skeptical of bringing my home cooked dip.

What does vacation time look like outside of the United States? (Pls share where you live) When I was young, my family lived abroad and we were able to go on long vacations - sometimes as long as 6 weeks. Is this still true? I’d love to be able to do the same kind of things for my own kids one day.
