My symptoms were perhaps confused with postbpatrum and nursing hormone symptoms but bow my hair is dry and frizzy yet somehow also oily and my skin lacks luster and I gain weight so easily. Working from home for eight months has definitely hanged my body shape and not for the better!

Has anyone feel sad/heartbroken when leaving the private practice? I have only practiced for 4 years and will leave for in-house gig next month, and weirdly I feel sad about it.

On an M&A lateral resume, is it appropriate to include specific deals (and deal value) that I worked on, or is my description of work performed at current firm supposed to be generic? I understand people sometimes submit a separate deal sheet, but is that required? For example, can I include the following on my resume: “managed diligence in connection with tech company’s $2 billion merger”?

Not currently in BigLaw but looking to lateral to a remote securities/cap markets position (live in a secondary market) from a boutique. Non-traditional older associate, billed 2000 hours last year and received a 2.5% raise and $1,000 bonus (other associates received $20k). Performance was not terrible, but less supervision so definitely made mistakes. Now finding out I am undervalued after getting interest from firms in the range of 50-60% more than my current salary. If you don’t have 8 hours of billable time a day, do you leave as is or do you fill in the gap with non-billable work? While I am in the office, I don’t always get the billable amount since I don’t have enough work. Seems like a waste of time to enter non-billable time just to fill in the gap but I also don’t want them to think I am not there and slacking off.
