Has anyone done one of those wine bundles with points promotions (i.e. Vinesse Wines) where you get say 6 wines for $6.99 each and 10k miles for an airline (AA in this case)? Have you ever given honest feedback to a company when leaving? For example the d&i initiatives leadership is taking has lead to joking about common racial stereotypes in office whenever an update is sent. I’m not used to those comments being said so freely for all to hear and fear they’d hire a minority (as part of those initiatives) in my place and subject them to that. I’m not sure what there is to gain but wanted to get other points of view.

Anyone else feel TOO much loyalty to their teammates? I have a good opportunity on another account that would really progress my career, but I feel so guilty leaving the team I’ve worked with for so long. And I’m scared that the new team might not be nearly as good!

When’s the right time to move to industry? Getting recruited for a senior product manager job with an ok pay bump at big pharma. 3YOE currently. Always thought the jump was the end game but seems early to leave now (wanted to stay and get MBA, try and leave at higher level, etc). Anyone make the switch early and have thoughts?

I am an aspiring entrepreneur and want to start a business in future for sure. I have a few ideas but nothing concrete, or close to being a start up yet. I work in tech, but a generalist - have done sales, delivery operations etc. trying to get experience in as many areas as possible before I go on my own. I dnt know where to start the journey. Are their any books or other material I can read/reference to think and plan about my entrepreneurship journey. I m in mid 40s based in t2 city US east.

How do you know what your passion is? I mean I think a lot about golf but i don’t think that’s a passion. It’s my hobby. I think most people just know.
