I have accepted an offer for the role of Director of Data Science & Analytics and I'll be working with old colleagues. I am very excited. I haven't given notice yet because I am waiting for the background check to complete, but my boss just asked me about traveling to a meeting in November. I start at the new job Oct 25. Is there any specific bowl for product based companies?

I have got offers-:
1. Lti 15 fixed
2. Mphasis 18(17.1 fixed)
3. Pegasystems 14(13.1 fixed)

Pegasystems is a product based company with alot of benefits but salary is very low.
Mphasis is offering good but heard they have very less development projects and also wlb is not that good
LTI is also offering good and heard that again wlb is not good.

LTI and Mphasis are service based companies.

What should I do ?
