What should be an ideal compensation for someone who has been initially hired as a Fraud investigator, but changed into a disputes back office analyst, due to the fraud position no longer being available after being hired, then abruptly having front end by phone added to your back end analyst position, during your training?

Has anyone else had a mentor (assigned to them by the Company) who seemed to have it out for you? I mean downright sabotage to make you look bad left and right. I didn’t realize it at first. She was fake friendly, but she was discrete too. Some of the executives thought she was amazing, but I had to clean up her work all the time. She wasn’t above me either on the chain of command. Later I found out she had tried for the exec assistant role and they didn’t choose her, they wanted me instead.

Today i received my first month salary and it is only 1.06 lakh.
I am feeling low only as in my previous organisation my CTC was 13.5 lpa and i used to receive 97k including tax.
The CTS has been increased to 10.5 lakh but in-hand is only 9k.

I am a 38 yo woman, always been very active (I run 20 miles/week), normal BMI, and eat healthy. I just had a routine blood test and while my HDL is 70 and triglycerides 53 (both good), my LDL is suddenly 132 (normal is up to 130). Any tips on what to do? I don’t have heart disease anywhere in my family. Only think I can think is ever since covid started I eat chocolate every night. Could that alone cause this?? Any help appreciated.
