PwC is a well documented dumpster fire. Just do a search here and see. It depends on your area of focus, however generally speaking, you’re likely better off at EY.
Thanks, I would be non-client serving at PWC in an MD capacity
Moved from PwC to EY last year and honestly find EY to be infinitely better in terms of culture. Everyone is really nice and willing to help out with whatever and whenever they can. When I was at PwC I would say hi in the hallways to partners I would see everyday and they wouldn’t even respond. A lot of animosity within my team as well. Seniors taking trash on other seniors to the Ms/SMs just to get ahead. Found the working environment much more hostile there. None of that at EY...yet lol
I went from D to P and I think it was a great move. My area isn’t quite the dumpster fire that other areas are though
