Sponsor visa?

Unfortunately no

What qualifications are you looking for?

CPA and tax experience (~5 years)

Are we getting LA pay or is it adjusted to our permanent home?

C1, I wouldn’t be able to tell you as I just saw that we were hiring and wanted to get the message out to those that are looking (I’m not a recruiter). I could refer you, and those doing the hiring can answer.

Realized I’ve been skipping breakfast and lunch bc of the overload of work / stress / anxiety even though we’re all wfh. I never had this problem before when wfh but ever since quarantine started..I’ve been feeling antsy to be 100% productive..and when I’m not at 100% (like rn as I’m writing this post) my anxiety levels are wack. Any advice on how to manage?

6th year L&E associate here and thinking about transitioning to a position with better WLB. How do you go about getting a government job and are they flexible about WFH, at least a couple of days a week? Recruiters reach out all the time, but always about other firm positions. Tips/ advice much appreciated!

I’ve been out of consulting for 2 years. I went to company A (was a series E startup but has since went public). I left company A for company B about 3 month ago. I had a job I liked and it was relatively easy at company A but I felt like it wasn’t pushing me at all so I left. I started at company B (a series C startup) a couple of months ago and haven’t had a great time. I’m struggling and don’t really enjoy my team. My old boss at Company A just left and the company posted a job opening (cont)

I got laid off from my accounting/consulting firm in January and have since been taking a class related to my industry but from a tech angle. I prefer to leave consulting but could stay off the work and work life balance were better. I signed up for this class thinking hiring woods be soft until midyear give or take just wish the class finished. I look on this app and it seems everyone is hiring. Am I missing the boat by not being in a full throttle job search now?

Let’s pretend we’re holding companies. I’ll start: No, we can’t hire an extra writer even though you’re clocking 70+ hours a week. BTW, our contract with your client caps billable hours per employee because they know we don’t pay overtime. Here’s a non-billable code you should start using for the rest of the year.

I’m a tech consultant working in the SAP practice. I’m a second year associate. I have decided that I don’t like the culture of consulting - work more hours, always add more work and responsibility to your plate, etc. I would like to work a job that is more 9-5 that doesn’t expect you to work in so many different things at once. What industry roles should I be applying to? Is leaving after 1.5 years too soon?
