Does anybody else feel like they are in a traumatic and very abusive relationship with their firm? My entire work experience at Deloitte is the main trigger of my anxiety and depression. I have an offer from Genpact at 4D Band (Senior M ~ Exp Senior Consultant IMO) for TC of $150K Base + 10% Bonus and one expecting from EY at M1 level for $150-160K Base.
Both firms are similar on salary but the position. The next level at Genpact is AVP which I feel is equivalent to Manager only after 2 years. Should I choose Manager level at EY or should I choose a lower level with equal pay which will kind of help me set lower expectations

Not is a true “startup” hub with unique roles so I’m seeking remote roles. There are plenty that are remote but my concern is truly being able to make an impact in a mid-senior role being remote? Works at well established firms with lots of collateral and network but a startup worries me. Anyone made the jump to a remote role and found that it works?
