I got passed on an industry position that I was really excited about. Had multiple interviews with the company and was 1 of 2 people left and they went with the other person. This is the 2nd company that rejected me after the 2nd round of interviews. Latest one left a bitter taste as I felt I was doing good during the interview process and felt I was really a good fit. On to the next one.

I'm about to give my 2 weeks. I have been with Big4 for 18 months now. My dream type company offered me a position. We are about to enter busy season, what is the best way to give notice and not feel like I'm completely screwing everyone over? Should I offer 3 weeks instead, to help transition work?
