Got an offer to join EY Consulting->Digital and Emerging Practice as a Tech Consulting Manager(M2) for Philadelphia office recently . I have below queries ,would appreciate if I can have some feedback:

Is it truly a remote position since traveling is not happening currently due to COVID ?

Is it a group for generalist PM’s to manage tech projects and what kind of projects do they work on ?what is staffing for a project ?

Is FJ 11 a Lead Profile or an IC role ?

Anyone working two jobs? How did you go about the interview process? Thoughts on the overall experience? My first and most important rule would be to time box myself to how long I’d hold the second role, my thought is less then one year.

I am in talks with Capgemini. They had done prescreening and asked about my ECTC, I replied 18 [CTC12.3]. After that they had taken technical interview and proceeded with HR where they are saying that 18 is quite high for them to offer as I have only 4 years of experience. But they will check for approvals and then let me know. Haven't heard back since then. This happened last week. Any suggestions what should I do?
