However, for other items that fall under wage works reimbursement, I couldn’t find anything in writing yet.

Had anyone here planned a wedding in 3 months or less? Am I crazy? I’m already legally married (small wedding during Covid) but looking to throw a larger celebration of sorts. Originally wanted next spring but my husband and I are wanting to start trying for kids and so I’m leaning this fall or it’ll have to potentially wait until after we have our first kiddo (don’t want to risk a spring date and end up pregnant ha). So is it crazy to think I can plan something for this fall?

I currently work as a personal injury lawyer at a small law firm, 5 years experience, graduated from T30 law school in 2015. Our subject area is pretty niche, and I am looking to branch out. Not big law, but a different subject area, and hopefully something with a better work life balance (have a small child with hopes for more). Decision - I was out the door of my nationwide ins dfense firm. Was going to top local firm with a lot more clout where everything would be private pay and I’d be more on bigger exposure cases. However, my firm outmatched the new firm, made a much better bonus structure, and said I could do more work with their complex bus lit group. I’d still likely do about 50 percent ins defense but I really like the partners I work for, and I handle own cases/take depos, and get autonomy. Am I right to stay?
