I quit my job at a bank call center (MF dealer) didn’t give out a 2 weeks. I’m finishing up my licenses and school starts in 2 weeks. I’m 22 with 3 years of banking experience, 1.5 years of investment associate experience. Do you think that leaving without giving a notice will follow me in the future? It’s a call center, and I was not able to control my schedule so we always got it 2-3 weeks in advance but couldn’t plan ahead. Will school/scheduling be a good excuse if my next employer asks?

Hey everyone! I recently graduated this past December and started my current role January 24th. Just this morning I had a recruiter from Meta reach back out to me about a role I applied too last month. Should i schedule an interview with the recruiter? What if it goes well? Would it look bad if I quit my current position to take this role if I end up getting an offer? One reason I would want to switch is because the pay would most likely be a lot higher at Meta then in my current position.

Do I have body dysmorphia? I (27M) semi-frequently get compliments from friends/strangers on my looks but I’d rate myself a 7 at best when I look at my appearance in the mirror. This doesn’t bother me and I don’t stress over it. I do get attention from women when I’m out so I logically know I’m attractive enough - I just don’t see it myself. HOWEVER, when I am drunk enough I look in the mirror and see someone who looks like me but with slimmer/more attractive features. It’s very puzzling….

Any SAP analytics cloud developer here? Quick query, client wants a column root causes ..now this column is not available in S/4..now the S/4 team is not cooperative enough.

My leads suggested SAC has comments option. However comments are not going to help users either. Because it will not show graphically which root causes contribute the most.

So my question is now, does SAC have an in built excel option which would allow users to enter root causes across materials and then SAC refresh this

Should I go for an MBA? I'm a Software engineer and I'm good at it. I'm 28yo and currently make 500k/yr. I believe I'm talented enough to reach a director level and make 1-2M per year. The problem is that I find the work kinda boring - I don't like dealing with low level details. Being a mid level manager is not inspiring. Don't know what to do with my career. I enjoy thinking deeply about problems and strategizing, but don't like the daily grind of impl. I suppose VC may be interesting?
