If getting onsite in Canada through TCS. Currently my spouse is working in different company. I want my spouse also to be able to work in canada.
Tcs said I can raise visa req for both of us. In this how can i make sure that my spouse also have valid visa to work. Which visa i can ask them.

Chase freedom flex or citi custom cash? I don't travel much (yet). I already get 3% on dining/groceries.

CFF is $200 bonus with 5% back on rotating categories capped at $1500 spend/quarter, 5% back Chase travel, 3% back dining/pharmacy

CCC is $300 bonus with 5% back on top eligible category capped at $500 spend/month

I-140 approved more than 180 days ago. Have one year left to 6th cap for h1b. If I change job now, can my new employer use my current employer’s I 140 to extend another 3 year (over the 6th cap)? At a different job I had a customer trying to swindle me in telling me that there was a deal in an item that never had a deal or promotion for sale so he made me scan the item 20 times before believing me. Obviously, he finally let it go but I scan it with an inventory scanner that showed me all of the sale price promotions if there were any

I’m a 3rd year associate at a MM PE fund that has been successful in deploying our first fund and we’re now raising our 2nd at ~$400M. I was the 1st hire 2+ years ago and am the only associate. I do everything including DD, PortCo value creation and IR. Currently paid $250k all-in in a HCOL but with no carry & work 70+ hrs. Am I paid market? How should I broach a title/raise/carry participation discussion? My partners haven’t run a PE firm before as they were operators so not sure they know.

But I didn't get Offer Letter via Mail. Guys, Do I need to wait for offer Letter or the one which I have accepted on portal is the same?

Later i received one more from another company with 24 lpa as fixed and 50k joining bonus.

I recently discussed with my Nagarro hr to increase my salary because I like to join Nagarro.

They came up with 22 lpa..but I told them that I need 24lpa.

Will I get 24lpa from Nagarro or am I risking it ?

I have 2 months notice period, 35 days over but still my BGC status is "BGC Scheduled", I have already denied counter offer...still doesn't want to fall in a situation where I have left current organization and after joining TCS there is some issue with BGC. Need inputs on
1) How can we know our BGC Status before DOJ to be on safer side?
2) Does someone experienced BGC status change in iBegin portal before DOJ?
