Also, if i resign now/next week and my last working date is after July 31st, i can still get my hike and bonus, correct? This is written in the employee handbook and my offer letter. I would appreciate if someone who has greater insights to reconfirm this.

I am going into a new company with a technology stack i am just aware of and which i didnt have hands on for. Will the new company know it when they are doing BGV ? Will the company also enquire on which projwct did we work and which technology did we work.

Historically, you would be paid within the same pay band as current senior 1s as that is your new peer group. If they break that, then I would imagine a lot of unhappy campers. A senior 2’s pay vs. a Senior 1’s pay should not differ by a material amount.
Got a measly 6% raise from S1 to S2.
