If I am joining optum in april 2022, would i be eligibke for rrp in feb 2023 ??

Someone told me that you have to join before march in order to get rrp next year. Is this true???

I got below offers from Optum & Herjavec Group.

Herjavec group- 11 L fixed + 1 L VP and exposure to work on IAM tool Sailpoint

Optum - 11.7 L fixed + 1.75 L VP + 50k JB with no exposure to any IAM tool, just basic User access management work
