If you are starting as an Audit Associate some time from now with Deloitte or any of the big 4, do they expect you to have passed/completed all 4 parts by the time you start? Received the Becker Reimbursement email from the recruiter not too long ago but have yet to start. I’ve seen plenty of people get to Senior at a big 4 firm without the CPA so I am a bit confused in that aspect. Any helpful feedback will be very much appreciated.

Hi guys,
How to claim internet allowance in tcs.
McKinsey & Company Bain & Company Hiiii! I’ve been at my job for a year and a couple of months now & I’ve gotten rather bored because the work is repetitive, not challenging, and hasn’t really allowed me to learn or grow as much as I would’ve liked to. Given how I’m still paying a ton of money for my postgrad in Business Comms (that I haven’t really gotten the chance to use), I’ve been thinking of entering the world of consulting. Any word of advice? PwC McKinsey & Company Bain & Company Boston Consulting Group KPMG
Hi All,
Any update on WFH continuity?
I interviewed for Data Analyst role at EY, it went well and the job sounds great, but I'm a bit hesitant to leave PwC because I really like the firm and I'm just 8 months in my job as an associate at a subgroup of ITS that has some focus on technology and analytics but it's mostly tax compliance.
I do want to transition to data analytics but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to go to another big 4, or maybe just look for a position in industry.
Any advice or similar experience?

Always assume when you give your notice that it will be your last day (backup emails, save any files, submit all expenses, etc.)
Are you on the bench? Then probably last day. Are you staffed? Critical to the project? Time needed to backfill and onboard? Then 2 weeks likely.
At Deloitte, if you are project critical resource then 2 weeks or they might ask for more based on resource availability. If on bench then immediately. Don’t mention to your manager that you are leaving for competitors. Only HR needs to know as there are some regulatory aspects if moving to another accounting/audit firm.
I left PwC for a client - put in two weeks on a Monday and got terminated that Friday (five days)
At EY if you are going to a competitor they will have you leave immediately
Right so I am thinking of giving 2 weeks notice and I am currently on a small team project with a deadline around the time I am leaving...I feel conflicted but I don't want to burn myself...
