The interview happened last month first week and documentation process also completed. I am currently working with a service based organisation (Mindera) and it’s only been 2 months. I recently received an offer from JPMorgan for the same pay.
Tech stack wise, the service based is a little ahead using latest tech while the team at JP Morgan is still in the process of going there. I’m confused if I have to make a switch or not, considering the fact that JP Morgan comes with a name and more weightage on the resume while the service based gives me a little nudge on the tech stack

Currently going through the hiring process for a role in San Francisco. They told me the starting base was $110K, but this sounds like pennies in a city like San Francisco!
