If I am switching jobs and both companies use the Amex corporate card, do I have to cancel my current card and then reapply? Is there a way to switch this over? If I do have to cancel it, will it hurt my credit score at all?

Cancel and you ll get new one at new firm. No impact to credit score

The firm will have the card cancelled if you don't. Usually they will let you transfer your membership rewards points to a personal account (there are Amex cards that have no fees). You can then attach the new card # to your awards account once created after joining the new firm.

The only impact to your credit score is the likely inquiry from Amex, which is unavoidable. Otherwise, as long as you get reimbursed for everything on the card being closed, no impact to credit report.

Your corporate Amex Card was given to you as part of EYs credit; not really yours. When you leave, you have to zero out your balance. If you don't zero out, whatever is owed is withheld from your final paycheck. And your card has to be destroyed and will be cancelled by EY the day you leave the firm. Your new company will likely issue you a new Amex corporate card, if that is the vendor they use.

It’s a corporate card so will not touch your credit score at all, only personal cards change your credit scores

For EB1C application, is the criteria that one is M outside US for 1 continous year or cumulative over 3 years. I am relocating within my company to US on L1A visa and have been in India for 24 months in last 30 months. Remaining 6 months i was in US on temporary short term deployments. So now even though with cumulative 2 yrs in India, i have never been actually in India for straight 12 months. Will appreciate opinion on this.

Anyone know of any good tools/resources with job prospects for 65+ trying to find employment after behind laid off during COVID? I imagine many have been forced into early retirement. Unfortunately, it appears the discrimination is very real when it comes to allowing “retirees” to participate in our workforce.
