Dude of course. Do you think your McKinsey interviewer will just be like well, OP here got into Accenture 2 years ago, that’s good enough for me, no need to case, let me just see if I like the cut of his jib.
Cases are not hard. Do some prep, relax, and use common sense. I got into McK and several T2s, leaving at the end of the month. I had to do cases for all of them, and it looks like I did ok. I’m not any smarter than my average colleague.

OK I apologize, didn’t mean to sound snarky, just wanted to point out that Accenture does not have the reputation for being particularly selective, so even though more prestigious firms are definitely open to recruiting us these days, they logically still want to test people and apply their standard filters, and cases are a big part of that. As for me, main reason is money, but also the type of work I do has gotten way less interesting since the NGGM.
Depends on area/firm. For human capital I didn’t have a case interview for EY or PWC, KPMG & West Monroe had one. Believe the MBB all do.
