I am super interested in the crypto space and previously had an offer for senior tech recruiter from Coinbase and then they lost the headcount. Now they are hiring again but won't consider me due to my maternity leave. I have interviews with Kraken and Binance this week and not sure how to approach the "when can you start" topic. Hi everyone, I got approved for an L4 position at Google in the Bay Area and wanted to know how much compensation I should be expecting. My decision came back really fast and the recruiter told me it was because interview and referral feedback was very positive. Currently an SDE2 at Amazon (promoted in April) in NJ with just over 2 YOE. My current base is ~150k and TC is ~180k. I read that the median TC for an L4 in CA is ~250k. Should I be expecting more because of my positive feedback? Thanks!

I used to sub for one of their contracts and he was an unprofessional, micromanaging pain in the a. With their latest move, they screwed a lot of employees over. Just doing my good deed and warn people to stay away from there.
