This has/should have nothing to do with points. You received poor service and should notify the hotel. What the hotel decides to do is up to them and in the best interest of their business.

The room was dirty, meaning the cleaning person didn’t do their job. I don’t understand what the issue is?
There was trash from the previous guest and the sheets had stains.
was the bed made? seems strange that there would be trash in the room unless they forgot to turn the room over. in that case, it might not be the cleaning person’s fault - it could’ve been the hotel’s fault for not notifying housekeeping
The room had clearly been serviced. The trash was in hard to see places like between the bed and nightstand
