If I eat a pint of Ben and Jerry's Milk and Cookies ice cream every night but eat 100% healthily otherwise and exercise moderately, is that ok for my health? My life is in your hands.

Nah, milk and cookies is just incredible. But sometimes my connect is sold out and I have to get something else 😑

A whole pint every night? Unhealthy, you should stop

The math works... e.g., eat 1000 calories burn 1000 calories. But I imagine the sugar spikes aren't going to do you any favors with diabetes, your teeth, and your overall energy levels.

Yeah I mean I'm 6'3", 185. Workout and run frequently and it's tough for me to gain weight. I'm sure my metabolism will slow down soon enough but while it lasts I like my Ben and Jerry's! But yes, I should probably start to cut back.

like

lol OP I'm also 6'3" and 185

Try the frozen yogurt Ben and jerrys...so good 30% less calories

Try blue marble cookies and cream - it's so good

Ok not every single night. But, a lot. A few times a week.

I was in your shoes in high school. Except I ate 1 thing of breyers (equivalent to 4 Ben and Jerrys) 2-3 nights a week. As long as you have a high metabolism and are physically active then you should be fine

Cut equal calories elsewhere, eat it before dinner to help process the sugar before you go to sleep...and make sure to brush your teeth...then you are stellar ;) Ps...#mightwanttogetamoreprofessionalopinion

For reference, a pint is roughly 1000 calories...🤔

Recently made the jump from mostly insurance defense work where my average billable rate was around $225/hr. Now the average billable rate is probably about $450/hr.
