I think the elevated heart rate and steps would get you close. If you are tracking calories, I personally take like 20% off my watch reports btw

FWIW don't use your phone tracker for calories burnt because they are horrendously inaccurate and don't account for stuff like the more often you run the less you burn because your body is adjusting to stimulus etc
