Hello Sharks
I joined TCS on Jan 2022. Have recently done goal settings discussion with my manager. Could you please confirm if I will be getting anniversary hike in Jan 2023 followed by Annual hike in April 2023 as I have heard many news around it considering the new policy in place. Please confirm.

EY1 when you say yes, do you mean you’re still eligible? Or yes, they don’t have to match?
I took out a loan against my 401k about 4 years ago and EY still did matching.
Your plan is required to have that documentation on their website. I would start there and if you can’t find it, I’m sure EY has a benefits email distro that you could ping for the official answer.
I’ve done this. As of 3 years ago, yes.
I looked at the plan information downloaded from the fidelity website and it doesn't indicate that EY matches cease during a loan, so I am thinking that the match continues.
Follow up question that is even harder to find--if I take out a loan, can I choose whether it comes from my ROTH or Traditional? Is it pro rata? Just curious as I would prefer to pay the interest to my roth so that it will end up being nontaxable when I retire and receive distributions.
I would call Fidelity and ask.
They can’t stop the match for having a loan - it would only stop if you took a hardship and were ineligible to make EE deferrals. Your plan loan document will indicate which sources loans are available from, most likely it is not from the Roth. Since you use fidelity you can go online and map out the loan without initiating it to see what the sources are and the terms.
