If I get promoted after submitting my R1 apps (say early Nov) is there any way to share that info with admissions? Would it be considered?

Just discovering RSD after being diagnosed as an adult. I feel like SO MUCH of my life has been impacted by this and I just never had a name for it. At work if someone gives me negative or constructive feedback it can feel like a punch in the chest even if I know it's not personal. Makes romantic relationships so hard too. My ASM is lazy and is incapable of doing the easiest basic tasks with recruitment. She receives all my end of day updates, is cc’d on all emails, makes me fill out 5 repetitive excel/smart sheet, and joins all my meetings but she still wants to call having me 5x daily about updates. 720 GMAT, 3.7 GPA in accounting (small liberal arts school), CPA, 8 YOE with strong career growth. Entrepreneurial side projects that I’ve worked to get off the ground (pitched to investors, built MVP, incorporated and brought on devs with equity, etc). How long of a shot is GSB or HBS?

Timeline wise when do schools expect a decision from the applicant? E.g if i feel like i undershot in R1 and want to try my chances at some better schools in R2 , would I have to give R1 schools a decision before hearing back from R2?

Do you all think that doing corp strategy at a F500 after working at T2 consulting changes chances at getting into an M7 vs applying from T2 consulting? Ik it probably depends on what you actually end up doing but I cant tell yet so appreciate any insights :)
