If I get rejected from MBB in the resume screening phase (computer and/or recruiter decides not to pass my resume to the hiring manager), am I still subject to the “cool down” period where I can’t apply again for another year or so? Or does that only happen if I get rejected after having an interview?

I’m in ERP consulting at the moment, focused on manufacturing & supply chain. If I want to eventually transition into more of a tech strategy role, would a CSCP be worth having in my belt?

I have around 3 YOE in devops. But from Interview I get feeling they want me to handle the setup from scratch and only one other Devops resource is there it seems. I'm an entry level consultant in Dallas at a smaller company. This is my first job in consulting and I've been here about 7 months. My experience has been good in terms of work life balance, autonomy, and culture. My only real issue is my compensation. I was happy with it at first, but with the workload and expectations I'm feeling undervalued.
My base is 82k, 5k signing bonus, no annual bonuses or anything. Im wondering if I should start looking elsewhere or if I'm just getting greedy

Has anyone actually looked at the math, calculated, and compared a freelance day rate of about 1-1.2k, booked for whatever % of the year, versus a full time staff salary of say, 200k… at what numbers do they even out when you factor in taxes, health insurance, paid vaca time etc?
