If I got offered a good job out of state but if they don't provide relocation is that a red flag?

No, not necessarily a lot of companies don't provide relocation. I think the more important parts to consider are salary, culture, work life balance, because that's what is going to keep you working at said job in the long-run, and is much more important

There are typically well established relocation polices for large corporations. For new hires out of college a skimpy to none relocation package doesn't surprise me. If you have industry experience and they don't provide anything that may say something about the resources of the company. It is also possible they may have just accounted for relocation cost in the signing bonus and expect you to self move.

This is the kind of question you should feel comfortable asking a recruiter politely about. They may have wiggle room in this area and can sweeten the deal or at least explain the policy a bit more.
