Isn't that around 60k? Idk what your financial situation is, but I'd want to have that vested or paid for.

Company closed our Office location after 16 years. HR told me that “they don’t pay out” our remaining PTO (I have 103 hours). Is there anything legally that I can do to get my EARNED Hours paid out to me???

I’m pregnant and due in August and haven’t told my company yet. I wanted to wait until I was at least 4 months along, but since everyone didn’t use all of their vacation time last year, they’re asking us to map out our time off for the full year now. I’d like to use 100% of my PTO for mat leave. Any advice?

What are the ethics around scheduling a PTO day and then submitting it as a sick day for the charge code? I have 8 paid sick days + 5 additional from COVID that don’t roll over. I wanted to prioritize using those first to save PTO to potentially roll over. Our team is pretty relaxed so we don’t do any formal PTO sign off — just say we’re taking it and then log it in the time sheet. I’m at MBB if that matters.

Anything in particular I need to watch out for if I rent a car for a personal vacation using my firm’s corporate code? It’s saving me like a thousand bucks over rack rate but curious if I’m opening myself up to any real liability. I’ve done it before for short trips but this will be a month and my wife will be driving for half of it.

What should I do:
Current offer is only a 4% base increase, but comes with RSUs that amount to 80% of a year’s salary. Bonus % is double what I currently receive. Other option is to stay at current job in a role I hate but potentially get a 10-20% base raise.
