Worst case, do absolutely nothing and use it for medical expenses after this job. It grows tax-free and can be withdrawn for any future medical expenses, also tax-free.
I wouldn’t try to transfer it to anything else because it’s the best tax-advantaged account that exists, and you’d probably pay all kinds of taxes and penalties to take it out.
After you turn 65 you can withdraw for non medical expenses like you would from a traditional 401k.
You can transfer it to an HSA account at Fidelity and invest 100% of it. Some other places make you keep $2,000 in cash.
