If I have nearly 5 years on the brand side, working on creative as well as brand marketing but only hold a junior standing on the agency side (creative) - am I really still just a junior creative?

Be thankful. I know we do a lot of bashing here (rightfully so, plus it can be fun!). But I always think about this crap agency I almost worked at when I was a junior and desperate to leave where I was at. everyday I'm happy I chose not to work there. Every place has its own issues, but you could be writing/designing coupons for furnace inspections and making 40k.
