Why do I keep doing this…many times I’ve told myself I would not drink anymore yet every Friday afternoon I find myself picking up a case of beer, like on autopilot. Diagnosed with ADHD at 40. Tried Vyvanse for a couple of months. It works in terms of depriving grogginess, afternoon post meal crash, and suppressing appetite (at times).

Wow…covid is really over. I live in a rural area where we knew covid was happening but it never really impacted the community or daily life. However when I’d go into the city it was very very obvious there were huge life impacts and fear. I just went into the city for the first time in about 3 months and it’s like covid never happened. It makes me wonder how many other things that have drastically changed (like wfh and hand sanitizer) will go back to normal as people go back to normal.
