The worst part about working two jobs in the event of The great resingnation is staff shortage and doing other people's job. As a immigrant, it is freaking tough cause you can't quit until your pr. I'm 23, working up to the maximum limit, no social life, just wandering through life. In this market, where people are 100k+ in high finance, I'm the one learning to sell mutual funds and gics. Shout out to the ECDs who tell you to build a deck in any format as there is no template. So you choose Google Slides, not because you love it, but you want it to be universal.

Then a few days later they send you the Planner’s version, or worse, their own version in any other format (Keynote or PowerPoint usually) and tell you to redo all 47 of your slides to fit the new layout.

I’m completely baffled by agencies wanting to interview me. They always end up choosing a cc,mas,VCU grad over me. What’s the point of even interviewing me?

My agency is giving each of us a few grand to spend “furthering our education” as we wish. Any creative pursuits are up for grabs ( some people are even taking cooking classes, though, I personally would like to use mine for career-centric purposes). What classes should I take? I have a particular interest in film, but have also always kind of wanted to pursue Disney-style animation as a hobby. Any thoughts are appreciated.
